Our company handcrafts all products within 2-5 DAYS unless otherwise specified. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Made to Order vs. Ready to Ship:

Check the listing carefully to know if a product is ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade. Both will be made by hand, unless ordering an accessory item, but the pre-made items are shipment ready and will be processed faster than items that are made-to-order, which can take 2-5 DAYS to be created and ready to ship for you.

The product(s) you receive may vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being a handmade item that is made to order.


Care for your new product(s) by:

* Keeping them away from direct sunlight and out of the elements. It is recommended to only display outdoors under   a covered area that is protected from the sun and the elements.

* Ensuring they are stored safely and not in a way they can be damaged.

Request Custom Order

Custom orders typically have a lengthier processing time. It is currently 5-7 business days, but can be longer during peak holiday shopping months in November & December. Inquire for details.


IN ADDITION: Any Tree Topper that is made for an oversized tree is considered a custom order. This applies whether a custom order request was made and when selecting an oversized tree topper option for your bow. Our standard sized tree topper bows are made to fit your average 6-8 ft. tall tree. If you have a larger than standard sized tree, your tree topper must be made to order to exact specifications in order for it to fit your tree properly. Due to this fact, oversized tree topper bows are subject to our custom order processing time, and are non-refundable items, as they are customized to fit your particular sized tree.

We ship all International products through USPS and UPS.

Jami Lynn Home is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need the original 2-5 days to be handmade depending on business volumes. This time is also subject to change during our peak holiday shopping months of November and December.




Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives damaged.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
